Somatic Coaching

A lot of us can explain our patterns long before we know how to change them.

We understand why we react the way we do, yet still find ourselves overwhelmed, shut down, anxious, disconnected, people-pleasing, overthinking, or stuck in the same familiar loops.

Because insight doesn’t always reach the places where those patterns live.

Somatic coaching helps us slow down enough to notice what’s happening underneath the reaction — the tension, bracing, urgency, numbness, or overwhelm that can take over before we even realize it’s happening.

Together, we explore the patterns shaping how you relate to yourself, your emotions, your needs, your boundaries, and the world around you.

This work may support you in:

  • understanding your reactions with more clarity and less shame

  • feeling more connected to what you actually need and want

  • staying present with difficult emotions without shutting down or reacting on autopilot

  • shifting patterns that no longer feel true to who you are now

Over time, people often notice something subtle but meaningful begin to change. The hard moments may still come. But they don’t take over in quite the same way. And slowly, a different relationship with yourself begins to emerge.

Sessions are held online via video, duration is 60 minutes, cost is $108

In the San Francisco area? I offer in-home sessions at a higher rate for those who prefer in-person support in their own space.
