My approach to coaching is rooted in deep respect for your whole self. I hold a holistic view—one that acknowledges the complexity of being human. Together, we make space for all the parts of you: your emotions, beliefs, life experiences, and longings. Everything you bring is welcome here.
Somatic coaching is at the heart of this work. Rather than trying to think your way through everything, we gently turn toward the body—where so much of your wisdom, your patterns, and your resilience live. Using breath, awareness, and simple movement, we explore what’s happening beneath the surface, where words might not yet reach.
This is a space where you don’t have to hold it all together.

My role is to support you in listening to your body’s signals, making sense of what you’re carrying, and slowly untangling what no longer serves—so that your choices, relationships, and way of being feel more aligned with what matters most to you.
