In this gentle session, we’ll pause together to explore the power of the breath as a tool for grounding and letting go. You’ll be guided through simple somatic practices designed to help you ease tension, find calm, and reconnect with the natural rhythm of your body.

No pressure, no expectations — just a space to breathe deeply and feel a little more human again, from wherever you are.
